For those of you just tuning in, this blog and it’s title grew from the aftermath of possibly one of the most challenging years I’ve had so far… My father passed, I left my nest of 10 years to move in with my beloved in San Francisco, and promptly moved back out 7 weeks later. A few short months later best friend lost his 10 year battle with a rare form of cancer after fighting valiantly.
I fell into a pretty deep emotional crevasse, and I began writing this blog as a (narcissistic) sound off about how one claws her way back to some semblance of normalcy after getting her ass kicked pretty thoroughly by life.
Somebody cue the disco ball and the Donna Summer…
